Interpretation:
Capitalized words within this policy are defined in the following section, and they maintain their given definition whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions:

  • Company: Refers to ClickWrite AI.

  • Goods: Denotes the products and services offered on our platform.

  • Orders: Represents a request by You to acquire Goods from us.

  • Service: Refers to the offerings on the ClickWrite AI platform.

  • You: Describes the individual or entity using our Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

At ClickWrite AI, our refund policy is built to instill confidence in our association. Here are some essential points

  1. Should you wish to terminate your account, please email us at support@ClickWrite.ai 7 days before the end of your term. Remember, once canceled, your data will be permanently deleted from our system.

  2. Subscription renewals are automated at the end of each month.

  3. You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your service tier at any point. However, ClickWrite AI doesn’t provide refunds in such cases.

  4. No refunds will be given for unused services within an active subscription period.

  5. We hold the right to modify or halt ClickWrite AI services without prior notice.

  6. In the event of fraudulent activities associated with our services, we may suspend or terminate your account.

  7. No refunds will be processed if a plan is terminated mid-month.

15-Day Trial Period

ClickWrite AI offers a 15-day trial period for new users. However, this doesn’t extend to returning subscribers or those who re-subscribe. Any cancellation during this period will result in a full refund minus a small service charge. If not canceled, post the 15 days, your selected payment plan will be automatically activated.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Procedures

ClickWrite AI bills for its services in advance. Subscription payments, once made, are non-refundable. All subscriptions, be it monthly, quarterly, or annually, renew automatically. Cancellation can be done by emailing support@ClickWrite.ai

Points to remember:

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods.

  • All pricing is exclusive of taxes and other charges. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For special offers or discounts, refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase and if the usage is below 10,000 words.

  • The costs mentioned exclude telecommunication and internet charges.

  • For changes in subscription tiers, email support@ClickWrite.ai. Downgrades will not result in pro-rated refunds.

  • ClickWrite AI can deny a subscription. In such cases, a prorated refund will be provided minus a $4.99 cancellation fee.
