• Security: Promptly inform us of any unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses stemming from your failure to maintain account security. However, you could be liable for losses inflicted upon us or others due to such lapses.

• Account Integrity: Provide only truthful details. If found in breach, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement and your account without refunds.

• Third-party Access: If someone else uses your account, they can act on your behalf, and you will be deemed responsible for their actions.

• Account Closure: You can request account deactivation once all dues are cleared. Your services and data may be terminated upon deactivation.

6. Your Responsibilities as a User

ClickWrite AI provides you with a conditional, non-transferable, revocable right to use our platform. You must:

 

• Only access ClickWrite AI through provided interfaces, refraining from using any automated or manual processes to monitor or copy our platform.

• Ensure the content or information you contribute:

    - Is rightfully yours.
    - Is not harmful, defamatory, illegal, or offensive in any manner.
    - Does not violate any intellectual property rights.
    - Is free from malicious software or codes.

• Abide by all relevant laws, both within and outside of the United States, and adhere to the stipulations of this Agreement.

• If you breach these responsibilities, you'll be accountable to ClickWrite AI and potentially other parties for any resulting consequences.

7. Financial Terms

ClickWrite AI offers complimentary access to certain basic features, while advanced functionalities may incur charges. Any changes to our fee structure will be communicated to you.

All payments should be made in USD unless specified otherwise. You'll bear the brunt of any related taxes or duties. Always ensure you transfer money only to ClickWrite AI's official accounts. Avoid sharing sensitive financial information and ensure any financial details shared adhere to our Privacy Policy.

8. Membership and Termination

For uninterrupted service, consider our auto-renewal option. This auto-renews your subscription at the same rate, but you can opt-out anytime via your User Account.

You can end your association with ClickWrite AI by deactivating your account. If you violate our terms, ClickWrite AI reserves the right to terminate your access immediately.

For refunds, which are processed using the original payment method, expect a 15-day processing time post approval. Direct all cancellation requests to support@clickwrite.ai noting that ClickWrite AI holds the right to decline requests.

9. Content Usage

ClickWrite AI grants you a limited right to view, download, and print our content, under these conditions:

• Use it strictly for personal and informational purposes.

• Do not modify, redistribute, or sell our content.

• Always acknowledge ClickWrite AI's copyright or proprietary notices.

Our website's design or appearance is protected by intellectual property rights and should not be replicated or mimicked.

 

10. Third Party Content

Our platform might display content from external sources like news reports, blog posts, advertisements, images, videos, and links to other websites ("Third Party Content"). While we strive to present reliable information, we don't guarantee the accuracy or reliability of Third Party Content. Use it at your discretion. ClickWrite AI isn’t responsible for losses arising from your reliance on Third Party Content. Accessing linked sites is entirely your responsibility.
